Chef de Partie – North Yorkshire

Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work in a private country estate, located in North Yorkshire.

Working within the fine dining and exclusive restaurant located on the grounds, you will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of various weddings, functions and events that take place throughout the estate. The private grounds compromises of a hotel, stately home and farmhouse all located within the establishment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar venue preparing fresh food, suitable applicants will have experience at Demi Chef de Partie level or above and ideally will have hotel or restaurant career experience.

Candidate requirements

• Fresh food background, the experience of cooking with seasonal produce
• Work experience of all sections within a kitchen
• Hotel, pub or restaurant background, with 2+ years relevant experience
• Team player with high motivation to succeed

Due to the rural location, we recommend your own transport would be essential, as our client currently offers no live-in accommodation. Situated just a few miles from Catterick Racecourse, ideally, you will live close by in a surrounding village or the Darlington/Teesside area of North Yorkshire.
