Chef de Partie – Newcastle

Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Chef de Partie to work in a city centre hotel based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Offering a  salary of £17,000 per year, the client is willing to pay a slightly higher salary, depending on experience, for the right candidate.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working within a similar venue preparing fresh food, working in a brigade of chefs and running your own section. Experience at Demi Chef de Partie level is preferred but not a requirement, and ideally, you will have had hotel or restaurant career experience.

Candidate requirements-

• Work experience of all sections within a kitchen
• Hotel, pub or restaurant background, with 2+ years relevant experience
• Team player with high motivation to succeed
• Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends
