Duties and responsibilities:
- Serving food behind a counter
- Basic food prep – such as sandwiches and salads
- Communicating with the chef to ensure smoothness of service
- Stock management
- Removal of waste
- Washing dishes
- Maintaining health and safety records as directed and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
You must:
- Be reliable, approachable and trustworthy
- Have experience in a catering environment
- Health and Hygiene certificates desirable
- DBS certificate desirable
- Be able to travel to and from work independently
- Smart and presentable
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
