A&C Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Bartenders and Bar Staff to work with one of our presitigous clients based just outside of Newcastle Upon Tyne, in Matfen.
This is a full-time, permanent role at a privately-owned hotel that has recently undergone significant investment, positioning it on track to achieve 5 Red Star status in the near future. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests, including those staying overnight, enjoying a round of golf, or relaxing at the spa.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Create specialty cocktails, often catering to the resort’s clientele preferences.
- Ensure drinks are served promptly and meet the resort’s quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Order supplies as needed and ensure that the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Keep track of inventory to minimise waste and prevent over-ordering.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to manage guest expectations and service quality.
