Clubhouse chef required for a high end gold club in Country Durham. We are now recruiting a temporary chef to work the summer season in their clubhouse approximately 45 hours per week. You must be comfortable making fresh food to order, organising your own workload and delivering high standards consistently. You will be working from a reduced menu in a modern, organised kitchen.

This vacancy would suit a CDP or experienced contract catering chef seeking a change of scene. You will be expected to:

  • organise stock effectively
  • follow menu specifications to cook burgers, salads and other similar lunch items
