Our Client a successful Hotel, Bar and Restaurant group are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career.
This is a full-time permanent position. Monthly salary, pension, 28 days holidays and company benefits.
The Role
- Working in the Hotels contemporary Italian restaurant
- Working in the Hotels Bar and Lounge kitchen
- Working within the Conference and Banqueting
- Catering to weddings, events and functions throughout the year
- Training junior team members
- Partaking in ongoing training and development programmes
Skills / Requirements
- Due diligence records along with health and Safety procedures must be maintained and adhered to at all times
- Must be able to follow recipes and instructions from senior members to ensure company standards are met all times
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to assist and train junior members
- Basic understanding of stocktake and ordering
- NVQ or Equivalent in Professional Cookery / Hospitality & Catering
