The client is a well-known Hotel situated in the beautiful Durham countryside, Famous for its banquets, weddings and functions this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the hospitality industry whilst working within an excellent brigade of chefs, and solid team.

Offering a superb starting salary of £17,500 per year, our client offers the opportunity for overtime during the peak periods.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a kitchen environment and may be a recent catering college leaver with NVQ level 2 or above.

Due to the remote location of the role, your own transport is essential, although living within the Chester Le Street area would mean accessibility to the hotel.

This role is an amazing chance to earn really good money for a commis chef, whilst improving your skills and cooking knowledge.
