Chef De Partie  Wanted  Traditional Village Inn – Houghton Le Spring

My client, a multi-site owner is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the teamwork at one of their established properties in the Sunderland – Houghton Le spring area

As a Chef de Partie you must be confident to run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef.

Working in a traditional fresh food village pub.  You must have at least two years experience as a Chef De Partie within a similar establishment and able to work with fresh food.

Working within a friendly team, you must be a team player and be to looking to commit to working in a long-term role.

The Role 

Fresh Food traditional English / Mediterranean Menu

Salary = £17,000 – £20,000 + Bonus + Tips

Full support and training provided

45 hours a week split over 5 days

Flexibility with days off
